Is this a licensed cosmetology school?

No. Gloss Up™ Nail Authority System is a privately operated skills-education and certificate program of Gloss Up Nails N Spa LLC. It is not represented as an Illinois-licensed nail technology school and does not award Illinois state licensing clock hours.

Does your certification allow me to work legally?

No. Certification alone does not grant legal permission to practice. You must obtain all required licenses in your jurisdiction and comply with relevant laws before providing services for compensation.

Do I receive credit hours toward state board licensure?

No. Our program focuses on technique mastery and professional development, not on meeting state board hour requirements. We do not submit hours to any regulatory body.

Can licensed nail techs use this for continuing education?

Absolutely. Many licensed professionals enroll to refine their skills, learn new techniques or strengthen their business practices. Our system serves as advanced education and professional development.

Do you guarantee job placement or income?

No. We do not guarantee employment, client acquisition or specific income. Your success depends on your dedication, local market, licensing status and business practices.

Is this program available worldwide?

Yes. The Gloss Up™ Nail Authority System is delivered globally and remotely. Students from different countries are welcome; however, they must adhere to local laws and licensing requirements.

Are Setmore salon appointments part of my education hours?

No. Setmore is used for professional nail-service appointments through Gloss Up Nails N Spa LLC. Those appointments are separate from the private education/certificate programs and are not represented as student clinical hours, internship hours, or state licensing clock hours.
