All students enrollled in the Gloss Up™ Nail Authority System agree to uphold the following standards. These guidelines ensure a positive, professional learning environment and protect the integrity of our community.
- Professional Conduct: Treat instructors, staff and peers with respect. Maintain integrity in all coursework, assessments and interactions. Represent the Gloss Up™ brand professionally.
- Educational Integrity: Do not share, copy, resell or redistribute course materials without permission. Do not misrepresent your certificate as a state license.
- Compliance Responsibility: Certification alone does not permit you to perform services. You are responsible for obtaining any required licenses and following health, safety and sanitation laws in your area.
- Harassment & Misconduct: Harassment, discrimination, fraud or unethical behavior will not be tolerated. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
- Intellectual Property: All course materials, methods and systems are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.
