This Student Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Gloss Up Nails N Spa LLC, operating the Gloss Up™ Nail Authority System ("Program", "System", "we", "us"), and you ("Student"). By enrollling, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
The Gloss Up™ Nail Authority System is a privately operated skills-education and certificate program of Gloss Up Nails N Spa LLC. It is not represented as an Illinois-licensed nail technology school and does not award Illinois state licensing clock hours.
Completion of the Program does not grant a government license or replace local licensing requirements. We do not guarantee employment, income or business success. You are responsible for complying with all laws governing nail services in your jurisdiction.
Upon successfully completing all applicable program requirements, you may receive a Gloss Up™ Certificate of Completion. The certificate documents completion of the applicable private training program only and does not constitute a government credential or professional license.
The Program includes instruction on nail artistry, sanitation and safety, professional standards, business fundamentals and client care. All instruction is educational only and does not grant licensure.
You agree to use your training responsibly, lawfully and professionally. You will obtain any required licenses before offering paid services and will follow health, safety and sanitation laws in your jurisdiction.
All curriculum, methods, materials and systems are proprietary to Gloss Up™. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute course content without our written consent.
Refund policies and course access duration are governed by our posted Terms & Conditions. Please review those policies before enrollment.
Gloss Up Nails N Spa LLC is not liable for licensing denials, business outcomes or regulatory actions arising from your use of the Program.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
