Tell Us MoreA 50% nonrefundable booking deposit based on the confirmed spa service total is required to reserve the event date. The applicable travel fee is separate and nonrefundable. An inquiry, consultation, proposal or preliminary quote alone does not reserve a date.
Local / Regional (1–200 miles): Local qualifying events are $100 nonrefundable; regional events within this distance may start at $300 nonrefundable depending on mileage, travel time, equipment transportation, staffing, parking and access requirements. Extended Distance (more than 300 miles, including approximately 300–500+ mile travel): starting at $400–$500+ nonrefundable and subject to a custom quote. Overnight and out-of-state events may include separately quoted lodging, transportation, tolls, parking and other approved travel costs.
Final guest count and service selections are required by the deadline stated in the event agreement. Individual services generally require approximately 30–40 minutes per attendee per selected service.
The host should provide accessible electrical outlets, stable tables and chairs, adequate lighting, a clean service area and disclosure of parking, stairs, loading or security restrictions before the event.
Minors must be disclosed before booking; parent/legal guardian authorization may be required and a responsible adult must remain available. Promotional photography/video is voluntary unless separately authorized.
Changes to guest count, services, location, duration, staffing or venue requirements may require a revised quote. Rescheduling is subject to availability and written booking terms. Services are cosmetic/personal-care services and are not medical treatment.
